Thank you to all those who attended your AGM last night. It was a super evening and we are grateful to all those who produced lovely victuals and donated raffle prizes. Thanks also to Frances and Geoff and their helpers for ensuring food and drink were readily available and that everything was cleared up on completion.
Minutes will be produced in in due course but key outcomes were.
1. PLEASE read the Safety Guidelines available on the website - you will be required to sign that you have read and understood on the new membership form.
2. Unanimous vote in favour of increasing membership fees to £60.00, Joining fee to £50.00 and Pin money to £3.00 per row. (Josie will be in touch in due course to call for membership renewals)
3. Unanimous vote in favour of new committee
4. A close vote against investing now in a new Claydon trailer - instead, a working group of interested parties to consider options/business plan for potential purchase of new boat/disposal of one of the boats for consideration of the membership. (more to follow in due course).
