Hi Christine,
Both Polly and I are planning on attending.
We’ve mentioned it to about 8 friends so far, but had no firm commitments from any of them yet. But I’ll keep chasing them.
Thanks
Matt
Christine I’m going to try and get a group of Emsworth Joggers along. We’ll do a mini duathlon - 5k run along the the shore - row and socializing - run back. I’ll let you know when I get an idea of numbers interested.
Hi Christine, I would like to bring my husband along to have a go at rowing and for the BBQ please. We probably wont be able to get there until a little after 1000. Liz
Hi Christine, we are bringing two friends to try rowing who seem quite keen ~ all the best Ron and Cheryl. (As you Know Cheryl and I are prepared to help as needed)
Peter and I will be there and are bringing Karen who did some rowing with the gigs but hurt her shoulder and is now ready to return to rowing. I will bring a cake. Sue

Sign up is looking really encouraging. Weather not quiet so! Maybe a few showers!!! Does anyone have an easy to put up gazebo, so that if it rains, there will be something other than trees for people to shelter under. Also if anyone else wants to bring a cake we can continue to sell to raise money for the melon charity. But not essential as will have the BBQ.
Jobs will be assigned on the day as we see the need.
Thanks Christine

Sorry for late response. No luck in persuading friends to come. John will be there in the morning but Liz not until about 11 due to another commitment.
