Some of you may know that Bobby is also doing this mad cycle ride in this heat for The Rowans Hospice.

We all know what great work The Rowans do and how underfunded they are.

Well I’m back survived the Hayling to Paris !!
Did I enjoy it , tough question to answer
Always next year for those of you would like to give it a go
