OK So we are TWELVE in number thus far which makes up two full Galley crews.

Given the forecasted wind strength, I am not keen on taking a Teifi as a steady F4 SW is forecasted with some lively gusts in the squalls, which would very likely lead to the Teifi crew getting very wet and cold.

The forecast for Saturday predicts passing showers and F4 breeze with stronger gusts in the showers.

Destination will be somewhere in Chichester Harbour with a possible call into Emsworth.

Please bring layers and waterproofs etc and be prepared for a challenging row.

Life preservers are recommended.

Hi Frances,

Sincere apologies for late reply.

I wasnt able to access email until Saturday afternoon and missed your early morning post.

Unfortunately you had already left when I arrived at the Mill for the row.

I'm not always able to access email on the day of the rows, so please do come down if there is a reasonable chance of getting out.

It wasnt as bad as we'd thought weather wise and we did manage a six mile oval down towards marker and back down the Emsworth channel and North shore.
