Calling for Cakes !! -Round the Island Race Sunday 25th June

Well Christine is going to be away for weeks leading up to The Island Race, so she has kindly asked me if I could be in charge of rustling up a good few cakes.

They are needed for the Sunday the 25th as we are in charge of the catering that day for what we reckon is approx 150 people + !!

So as you can imagine that is going to be a lot of cake to get us through the day.

Please advise me who can help out in this wonderful task & what cake you will be baking, a lot of cakes can be frozen depending on the cake if your happy to start early so that we get enough as quite a lot of organising

Look forward to meeting all these delicious cakes, please advise me who is up for it
