Can you help? Tables and Cool Boxes

For the Gig Club Regatta and Round Hayling Race we need to borrow the following items.
Several cool boxes and 2 or 3 large garden tables / wooden trestle tables / outside tables - but they must be strong.   Can you offer 1 or more of either?  If so please post and you will be contacted.  Ideally the items would be required from Friday evening till Sunday evening

Hi Richard , we will be at unit 3 , at Northney Marina from 5 pm till 8 pm next friday to accept deliveries from your members towards the Regatta , please ask them to identify their items .
 If they arrive after 5.30 they may find the barrier down . In which case please enter code 4959 .

Hi Richard, unfortunately I have a friend's funeral to attend on Friday, so won't be able to drop off my table, cool bags etc on Friday. Would you like me to leave them in our boat yard for someone else to take them over on Thursday?

It would probably be better if they were left in unit 3 at the marina on Thursday, no need for onward transportation. Do you know the door code ?
