Cash strapped Councils making it harder for visiting rowers/alternate venues.

Hi All,
 In the present coviduous situation it is not surprising that Councils (including ours) are seeking ways to help finances, but have a look at this * and look at the details of some of their plans.
 E.G. The lowering (or installation) of height barriers on some of the car parks we use on our "trailer-row" excursions, and further restrictions on trailer parking.

It's not just the change in the weather that leads me to give this a cool reception!

Note that last year e.g. Portsmouth issued fines, averaging about £30 per time, to a value of £1.62 M !!!
