Chichester Celtic regatta - 8th Nov

Hi all, we have been invited the next event in the Celtic Winter Series which is at Chichester Yacht Club on Saturday 8th Nov.


Race Categories: there are 4 races planned, as set out below:
Ladies race 3 km
Open race for men 3 km
Mixed crew, 2 +2 3 km
Novice race for social crews, a competition taster, this is
a shortened to 2 km, crew complement should be 2 plus 2.

09.00 Breakfast available in sloop tea bar, open all day.
09.00 Start of registration
10.30 Boat launching starts
10.45 Cox briefings
11.00 Start of Men’s race
12.00 Club restaurant opens and hot food available
12.00 Start of Ladies race
13.00 Start of mixed race
14.00 Restaurant closes
14.00 Start of novice race
14.30 Recovery of boats
15.00 Race results
15.30 Drinks at the bar?
