Santa hats, mulled wine and mince pies will be the order of the day and this row will replace the usual Sunday open row.


It will be silly, it will be fun and it will also be a perfect way to relax and get yourself in the Christmas spirit.

I’m so sorry mate, but I’m afraid we need to cancel out as man-flu has hit me hard, and unfortunately I seem to have passed it onto Polly....I think a day or two of rest before we see family is what’s needed.

Nicky and I would like to come, with a Korean friend of Nicky’s who is spending Christmas with us. He is a complete novice so we could take a Teifi and have a paddle locally if that fits in better with your plans.

Wendy is still struggling with thrill effects of having a major back tooth extraction on Wednesday, and will likely not come.
You, Nicki, guest Andrew and I could make up a galley crew which would probably be better given a WSW 4 gusting 5/6 at times.

I was going to pop along to the Bluebell for a bit of Christmas cheer.

Perhaps you would rather row locally in a Teifi. I wouldn't be the slightest bit offended if that is your preference.

Please advise?
Happy to crew with your guest while you teach him the ropes etc.
