Cleaver oars in Sallyport

Geoff,
I have had a few reports of injury from the cleaver oars, so today after rowing I removed them to Marilyn's barn and replaced them with the composite macons that were in the boatpark. Yesterday the wooden macons were put in Langstone Lady.
I know oars are your department, so hope that is OK.

This is a strange going on..we have had cleavers in Galets for years ? And no reports of injuries until now. Geoff
