As the RowFit and related rowing fitness and wellbeing classes ramp up in Unit 3 Dockside at Northney, please note that on the 10th February, Willow Thai Chi from Emsworth - Pauline Brennan - is running a small pilot session on Thai Chi and Qi Gong for the rowing community.
A small number are invited to join in and explore how this ancient form of activity can support better posture, core stability and strength in back and leg muscles - key to good rowing.
Feedback will indicate if it becomes a regular offering at the Unit for Centre Members. There will a small charge of £5 on this occasion.
