Hello Rowers
This is a final call for those interested in taking part in the Easterny Cruising Weekend
Ont the Saturday morning for two hours from 10 am there will be sprint racing with anyone being invited to take part
The cutters will be taking two Solent Galleys to enter two teams in the 3 mile race and I will be posting teams on Sunday evening . THE races will be in the harbour and take around 30 minutes
on the Saturday evening over at the ECA there will be a free BBQ and beer ( you will be asked to make a donation) and live music.
THE Sunday race starts in the morning and is a 7 mile course into the Solent and back . Again we have enough for two crews who have expressed an interest so far and I will be posting crews on Sunday . THE race will be tough and take around 90 minutes.
I will be at the Hamble tomorrow so happy to discuss with any one who wishes too and will spread around as much information as I can then
Please also note there may be an opportunity to row to Easterny Cruising Ass on Friday or very early Saturday as well And back on Sunday if rowers wish
