I have aimed to put enough competent coxes in each boat as this is a tricky course.

Jane could you tow Sweare Deep please and Michael and Nigel could you sort out towing the Galleys on the new superlight double trailer betweeen you please?

John D has offered to come and help on the beach which will be excellent and Jo Kingsbury who is new to the club is coming to support. This is a good event for supporters as its very sociable and there is a lovely clubhouse, however the race takes place quite a long way offshore!

Hi Jo. I think this is a bit of a tough one for a first race with the club but I love your enthusiasm and please do go along and support if you'd like to so that you can see what goes on ready for next time.

Thanks Rachel. I was so looking forward to going along to watch but the bowls match planned for the afternoon is now in the morning which has rather ruined things. Best of luck though and hopefully next year I might be experienced enough to join in. Happy rowing.
