We have been invited to attend the ‘Approved By You’ market place voting event for Hayling Island at:
Hayling Island United Reformed Church, Hollow Lane, Hayling Island PO11 9EY, 29th April 4pm-6pm
PLEASE BE SURE TO INFORM ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY, AND IN TURN THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN ORDER TO GET AS MANY VOTES AS WE CAN FOR OUR CLUB. EVEN BETTER IF ANY MEMBERS ARE ABLE TO ATTEND TO HELP US SPREAD THE WORD THAT WOULD BE GREAT. It would be great to have some Cutters there or if you know of anyone who can come in and hopefully cast their vote even better.
At the event each community group will be given your own table to set up to promote your project, members of the public will be invited in and given the opportunity to vote for two projects they would like to see funded. The group with the highest number of votes will receive their funding, followed by the 2nd highest etc until all of the funding has been allocated. We will be there from 3.30pm to give you time to set up.
This event is open to all members of public, so please feel free to encourage all of your members, supporters, friends and family who live in the area to pop in and have their say on who they believe should receive the funding.
