Nigel brought to my attention that Sallyports oars had suffered collision damage. 3 brokenBlades had been put on the rack for the Oar fairy to mend. That is after one of Bembridges had to undergo repairs along with a Teffi rudder. I have news for you all. There is no Oar Fairy. I find it hard to believe that nobody inthe crew did not know there was damage. All our boats are racing up river in two weeks. Rowers need to check the boats they are in for damage that might cause them a problem. I could have been well on the way to fixing them, now it will be days before I can do anything. I need to know immediately there is a problem.geoff
