Do we need to give over new address?

Hi all,
Polly and I are moving on 1st November (not going far at all), but just wondered if we have to fill out new forms or if anyone in particular on the committee needs our new address please?!
In the mean time, any spare boxes or spare hands going on the 1st (also Polly’s 30th birthday!!) would be so much appreciated, followed by a moving in/birthday drink in the evening!

You can let Mike Gilbert know as he is the membership secretary.  You will have to do new forms in January for the new year. As long as we have a contact telephone number, that is the most important, presume that's not changing.

Thanks guys for all offers of help, I think we’re good now, but hope to see you all for Polly birthday drinks in the evening at the Sussex Brewery.

Matt, as Christine said, if you let me know the new address and i will update spreadsheet.

All Members are asked to complete a new form in the new year... it helps us keep up to date and check that no one has a health problem going forward.
