Early/late tides this week, and the weather forecast, make tomorrow (Monday) the best bet for a good row. The sun is going to be out (notice the red sky this evening?) and the winds are set to be a gentle F3/4.
So let’s meet at 1430 and row to the Kench in Langstone Harbour for tea. Bring a flask with your preferred 4 o’clock fluid, and whatever cake you have that must be eaten up before it goes horrid.

In view of the risk of contaminating the oar handles with any viruses that may be going around, please bring hand sanitiser if you have some. I went to Waitrose yesterday but they have no loo rolls or hand sanitiser, lots of humous and frozen lobster bisque But no beans. So if anyone can spare a squirt of sanitiser for me I will be very grateful.
