Just to let you know that Jenny, Jane, Shanaz and Rachel will be
taking Langstone lady out for a couple of hours training. Hoping to get Steve to cox or may need a volunteer!

Hi Liz. It would be great if you could come. Steve isn't sure he can make it back in time and if he does we need to practise rotating the crew so you could row with us instead. Thanks!
