Get Up and Go! Wednesday 7th August At Home!

Hi Cutters, the next engagement for Langstone Cutters and the current Get Up and Go! Course is Wednesday 7th August, when the 3 courses - some 29 people - will be invited to the Boat Park to meet the Cutters and go for a row.

The objectives are to show them how a Club works on the ground, launching the boats, rowing round the Saltings and recovering the boats.

High Water is 17.21 and we have asked the groups to attend from 17.00 onwards.

So if you are free, please come down and meet them!!

So well done Liz, Steve, Rachel, Christine, Nigel who helped with the Cutters evening with Get Up and Go! ... 24 people turned up from the three Courses and had 2 Claydons, a Gelley , 2 Teifis and 15 Seconds out to row for 2 hours... brilliant... many interested in joining - so good news.. comments included:

Loved rowing in different boats x;

What a great evening, thanks to Mike, Chris, Steve, Maddy and the rest of the cutters for making us all so welcome. Was really great being able to row the different boats, and to meet up with the rest of us ‘new recruits’ Thanks again Cathy 😊;

I second that, Sad that our training is coming to an end. But look forward to joining The Cutters. 🛶😊;
