Gladys GRR - training row this Friday - another guest rower needed

Unfortunately I am now unable to join the next Gladys GRR training row I organised .
Would a happy rower (or 2) looking for a good hard row like to join Matt, Mike L., Nigel, Chris W on Friday 22 August at 10:30 for a couple of hours?

that's great thanks Dave, but now Matt has also dropped out, so I am not sure if it will go ahead - I guess it is now up to you, Mike L, Nigel and Chris W. - and of course another guest rower will be needed - to decide if you want to row, as there are now only 2 Gladys GRR crew left in it!

Yea, sorry I had to pull out. I’ll be having physio on my shoulder as it’s the only time this week they could fit me in (and I want to be fit and ready for the big race).

If no one else signs up, looks like it might have to be cancelled. Shame, we need as much practice as possible.
