Gladys - broken rudder

Teri
Evening good people - just so you all know - Gladys suffered a broken rudder today and will be out of action for a few days until repairs are made.     The broken bits are in my care - hope that's ok with everyone?

Thank you Teri, we all appreciate your help.
Charlotte was very upset that it broke  as she was coxing, so I hope we will all reassure her that it was not her fault.

Wasnt there but accidents happen.  Anyone could have done this,  so definitely,  don't blame Charlotte.

Important thing is that it didn't break during the Great River Race and you all got home safely from Emsworth ............…    Plus I've just spent an enjoyable morning out in the shed cutting out the blanks for the new rudder blade - so thank you for that Charlotte - shed time is always good!
