I love medjoul dates but what are za’tar, maftoul and freekah? Prices?

Dates - 250g x £3.50   500g x £6.00
za'tar - aromatic herb mix used to season meat and vegetables, especially before roasting.  Eaten as a dip with olive oil and bread. £2.40
maftoul- giant cous cous made from bulgur and whole wheat. £2.50
freekeh - flame roasted green wheat £2.50

Intrigued by the descriptions.....so where may we buy them, as a Google search doesn't help a great deal...
