IMPORTANT. Re swan and sunset protection

The flap I fitted to the bottom of the gate needs to be lifted by hooking the loop in the cord over the silver screw head on the back of the gate. The gate can then be easily opened and closed. Please DO NOT start undoing the cord from the gate and retying it as it results it the flaps being ineffective.
Extra reminder. Please lift flaps(IE loop on screw head) BEFORE opening gate.
