I'd like to come along, but am a bit restricted on Saturday and Monday, so probably only guaranteeable on the Sunday. Will try and fit in with whatever is required transport/row etc.

Just to say I'll have to drop out of Sunday plans, so please deduct me from that number. Couldn't get day off work after all, (don't ask!). Apologies for late notice but I gather things are being finalised this evening Thurs. Still keen to join in on Sat if one-way rowing fits in with everyone. Will wait to hear about that. Ben

Hi Steve, you have me down as a possible galley crew - I’m sorry, as per my later post, I’m not available to row. I may not now make the event, and if I do I will drive there, so no need to cater for me as a passenger needing transport. Thank you! Mo

Mo,
Ok when do you need to leave to get back on Saturday ? You could go with James ? Just not sure who is travelling back on Saturday at a time to suit you ? Please post your ideal and see if it works out. Cheers

Hi guys,
So sorry but I need to pull out of this weekend.... I totally forgot I put my name down for it, and now I’m away in S.France for the week. Hope you all have a great time though. Matt |
Sorry but I'd rather not be in the 'Rowing Over to Itchenor' Team.
I'd like to row a bit during the afternoon sessions, if weather's not too wild, and will drive over. If the weather is really terrible, may just go for the sociable bit. Frances |
Regarding the rowing of a clayton to itchenor. We're have a couple of issues.
1 our actual crew consists of Mark Phil Tom Dee Only four of us. Are there one or two people who are strong rowers and are happy to row a clayton who could join us? 2 if we do get a full crew, I propose we meet at 08.00 at Langston, because the wind will be at least force 4, and I would like to cross the harbour entrance before tbe major ebb starts. The westerly astern and the ebb on our bow will make the crossing very lumpy. As stated earlier, please wear bouancy. I will continue to look at weather forecast. If wind prediction is likely to increase, we may not row to itchenor, but it is all a bit academic if we have not got a crew.

All good for rowing over tomorrow... if there is the chance of a lift back to Emsworth afterwards that would be great.
