Mini-galley Jubilee, on loan from the Pat Sherwin Trust, is now in the boat park!



































She can be rigged either as a pair (two sweep oars) or a double (two scullers) by changing the pins and gates. The parts are in a box in the garage, as are the rudder and the oars and sculls, though the handles on the sculls are perished and will need to be replaced.
I hope to launch her for a test run (testing for leaks, that is) on Sunday.

Lovely Chris almost like the Skiffs on the Thames but narrower methinks. Could almost row it on the stream now that the obstacles have been removed😎
