Langstone Lady issues

Sorry - meant to post this yesterday.

There are a couple of issues with Langstone Lady:

1. The footplate in position 1 has a split in the middle.

2. One of the straps on the cover has frayed and split into two (it is currently tied together).

1.  Saturday August 1st, Lady bow ( no.1 ) footrest is (?still) cracked horizontally at 5” above base and could do with repair before it gets worse.
2.  Same day I noted that, as reported to Geoff before, the wooden row lock riser ( and it’s top “ cap”) through which the pin is anchored, in position no. 2 on Lady is moving during use.
 There do not appear to be any broken screws or rivets and the vertical brass strap appears to be firmly fixed.
