Langstone raft race at the ship inn sat 26 July

Between 11.00 and 15.00, the raftt race at the ship well be taking place on Sat 26 July.  I have been asked  by l Liz to coordinate our presence there to show what lcrc is all about.

I am not in the area that day,  so can not really coordinate on the ground.

I note that Geoff is down to run an excursion that day , so would ask if he might consider helping .

A couple of suggestions put forward by Mike Gilbert were

1. Have one of our boats on a trailer in the ship car park with people on hand to talk about lcrc.

2. Have some demonstration rowing taking place off the Quay to show what lcrc is like on the water.

So do we have anyone who wild be available to support this event?

If so,  please could you post below and wouldbe interested and would like Geoff's views as he is scheduledto run an excursion that day.
