Lifejackets and Buoyancy Aids - PLEASE READ

Hi all, below is the latest guidance on lifejackets and buoyancy aids. Please read and feel free to post questions below.

We recommend that all members have their own lifejacket or buoyancy aid and have it available when rowing. The choice of life jacket or buoyancy aid is the choice of the individual rower and you will be responsible for maintaining your life jacket / buoyancy aid and ensuring it is serviceable.
Club members with a limited swimming ability should always wear life jackets or buoyancy aids when on the water.
We recommend that everyone wears a life jacket or buoyancy aid when coxing.
At most of the local events we attend it is mandatory to wear life jackets on pontoons and at Cork and Morbihan it is also mandatory on the water.
