Mid Week Row (w/b 22nd July) - Wednesday 24th July meet 3.30pm(UPDATED)

High Water on Wednesday is around 5.30pm at Northney, so meet at the Mill at 3.30pm.
I suggest a cruise down to the Thatched House, Eastney stopping for drink, although I am open to suggestions.

The forecast is good - hot and dry, although The Met Office is forecasting cloud from 16.00 verses the BBC who are predicting full sun. Wind from the SW 10mph gusting 20mph(approx).

Please post, also do we have any GRR requesting for training rows?

PS Apologies for the August reference - yes it is this weeks row! 'Cut and paste' does have some downfalls!

We have 11 rowers for the two Claydons :- LizW, Geoff, Sue, Peter, Claire, James, Nigel, Derek, Diane, Frances and Me.

Plue we have three for the Tiefe :- Rachel, Katie and JaneD.

Hope you got the correction its July, not August.

You will be fine, just pace yourself  - we usually row for 20mins, then have a change - around, which if we have 6 rowers you will get a reasonable break as the passenger.

BArry, and all... just a note that the Get Up and Go! Rowing Course this week gets to try the Galleys...

We have classes tomorrow at 12.00; 15.00 and 18.00...

So the plan is to launch and tow them across this afternoon (Tuesday), and return them on Wednesday evening.

Barry, if you could assume to use the Claydons for your row on Wednesday, thanks.. .
