I am suggesting this weeks mid-week row to be Thursday 22nd meet 09:00 at the Mill.
HW Portsmouth is 10:34 height 4.75 mts., the forecast is for a moderate easterly breeze, but temperatures are expected to drop next week - so consider either an extra layer or a thicker layer.
I am thinking that we could row down the harbour then warm-up in Emsworth, then back to the Mill for 12:00 to 12:30.
Hi Barry I would love to join the group, but need to be back by 12 pm do you think it is manageable ? if not don't worry I will join the team another time many thanks
Rather than call-in to Emsworth, (which Christine is planning to do on Saturday) why don't we row down the harbour and come back the Mill and have a drink in the OAK. The plan will be to get back to the Mill at 12.00.
Shahnaz would that help? Also, are others happy with this change?
The weather is looking better for tomorrow, a gentle breeze and sunshine according to the BBC - although it will be cold first thing. I propose we take the easting side of the harbour and do some seal spotting.
It would suit m Barry if I can be home by 12.30pm, I can make a webinar that I said I me able to attend. So that would also help Shanhaz. We are still on one galley I think, we will find out tomorrow.
