Mid week row Weds 16 at 16.00

The weather is gradually getting better, and on Weds it will be sunny though a bit breezy and rather chilly. High water is lateish at 17.30, so I propose a brisk row down-harbour to HISC and back, followed by BEER at the Royal Oak.
Let's meet at 16.00 at the mill - we should be in the pub by 18.30.
