Oar in Sweare Deep

Hi Geoff and Rich,

While racing in SWearDeep yesterday both Dee and I noticed the end of the oar is missing on the Stroke (No.4) oar.

This was a little awkward as couldn’t hang your fingers off the end comfortably, but also noticed the rubber was starting to perish at the end because there’s now nothing to hold it firmly in place.
Not sure what can be done, but possibly worth a look please.

End of oar found on ground in bot park and reinserted into the relevant hole!  Liz
