I have been asked by Marcus to add this proposal for a resolution to the AGM this year.
Background to proposal: Marcus and Ian are under pressure to prepare the accounts from year end 31 December ready for the GAM early in the New Year. Realistically a few days is not enough time to get the accounts prepared and verified.
The Proposal is that the financial year end should be 30 November from 2019 as this would allow sufficient time to prepare the accounts for the AGM early in the New Year. This would mean an 11 month financial year in 2019 before reverting to the usual 12 month financial year from Dec 2019 - Nov 2020.
