We traditionally support this event run by Langstone Adventure Rowing (Mike Gilbert)
The Langstone Pilot Gig Club staff the Saturday to facilitate their Gig Regatta. Our club staff the cakes and tea tent on Sunday. We help set up and taking down, clearing away etc.

I will up date as required please sign up and feel free to text/email any queries.

The event takes place on the North Slip, Northney Marina. Parking is limited and confined to the first Carpark or as directed. The Gig club and Mike Gilberts Unit will be utilised please use the public loos on the side of the building or those in the Roundhouse (where the units are)

Thursday 13th 17.00 Beach Tidy please bring Shovels and buckets/Bags.
Friday 14th 17.00 Set up of Gazebos etc
Saturday 15th (Please see Christine’s post for Spectator brunch and possibly race boats to the marina)
Sunday 16th (Please see Dave’s post) also sign up to man the Tea and Cake tent Anne Plater has kindly offered to co-ordinate can we assist before and after racing. Also to help the Gig club with the dismantling of the tents etc. Any profit will be split 50/50 between the Club funds and Bobby’s charity.    
Monday 17th We may need to recover any boats that were left in the Marina over night I will post if required.

Donations of cake on the day or via Rachel’s Orchard Cottage 2 The Mews (one with the fenders and oars).
