Round Hayling arrangements UPDATED PLEASE READ

Hi all,
Please could everyone who is likely to cox during the race meet at Northney Marina in time for the 11.30 coxes breifing. If you are in a Celtic or Galley crew you need to then go to the Mill for 12.30 launch prep.
The Celtic and Galley crews will meet at 12.30 at the Mill to get their boats ready to launch as soon as possible but at the latest by 13.15 ( when there should be enough water as I checked this today at the equivalent time before the same size high tide).
This gives just enough time to row over for the 13.45 start but no time to go ashore at Northney so the whole crew needs to be in the boat.
If you are in the Claydon crew you will need to meet your coxes at Northney Marina at about 12.00 to have enough time to find your boat on pontoon G and row her round to the North slip ready for a 13.15 start.

Here is a link to the full arrangements document from Mike. Please read it as there is a lot of useful information in it and it helps ensure we don't miss anything.

Vernon Seddon
The weather forecast tomorrow is good, so just be careful about traffic tomorrow morning as it could be busy getting onto Hayling.

Gladys is safely delivered to the Marina for the Claydon crew.

We found some flags to use, enough, but could not find all of them so if you know where they are please let us know.

Remember suncream, hats, water and snacks!

See everyone tomorrow.
