Propose out for a couple of hours, practising changes and finalising positions in boat.

Hi Alan, I have just emailed you all, unfortunately I’m not going to be able to make this training row now.
I’m on a course with work this week. They’re pretty flexible about times etc, but unfortunately not on Thursday it seems!!
Hope somebody can step in and take my place for the training row?
