8 is OK, providing 3 are happy to row a teifi.... we would need to ask that first (i don't mind,  but am not very effective and am slow !).

Please everyone check here tomorrow before leaving home,  so we know numbers,  and are better placed to crew boats with who is available.

Sorry team,  but I seem to have damaged my back after doing the Tudor Challenge yesterday. I really think I need to rest,  rather than row on it,  so alas,  I am going to have to withdraw from today's row.

Morning all.... we are now down to 7 rowers without Mark,  which is one short of the 8 we need for a large boat and teifi, and one too many for just the large boat.

I'm very sorry, but i'm going to have to ask our last signed up person to withdraw, as previously mentioned.

Nigel, that's you, I'm sorry we won't be able to include you today.... please Nigel, could you confirm here that you've seen this message.

We will take Sweare Deep, as  a wooden Galley would be too heavy for our crew to push up the slipway.
