This week we will row into Langstone harbour and have picnic afternoon tea, aiming to moor up at Sinah lane/Sinah Warren. Bring food to share.   HW is at 2.54pm approx at 4.7.  This is will allow for both leisure rowers and those in training to compete. Please indicate which you prefer so I can sort crews.

I will give your coxes a map of our destination in Langstone harbour.  Where we will be able to share any eatable delicacies and drinkable beverages that you bring along to share.  There will be an opportunity to swim if you get hot working hard to get there, especially the Sweare Deep crew.  There is plenty of tide to either work hard or row at leisure.  But most of all have fun exercising together.
