Row this week - how keen are you??

Hi all,
     Tides and weather are pretty tricky this week. Only options for tides are 3pm row today (high tide 5pm) or shorter row at  9am Friday (high tide 9.19am).  Weather at 3pm today is grey, 10% rain and moderate NE wind. Weather early Friday is grey, 10% chance of rain and a feels like temperature of 0 degrees.
I'm sorry but I can't do either of these ( no honestly I really can't! ) does anyone feel they would like to ?
