Tides are not very conducive nor is the forecast or sunset just after 5pm.
Tides go from 4am on Mon to 8.40am on Friday.
Reasonably Friday seems best to row from 8am to 10.40am.
But the forecast is not good at the moment. I will update on Wed pm.
