For those training for the the Christmas feast the next 10 week programme starts on Wednesday 7th October for a 10 week session ending on the 9th December - just in time for a Christmas blow-out!
At 6.15pm and 7.30pm...
(The Wednesday 23rd there are the same regular sessions as a one-off; however there are no sessions on the 30th September.)
The focus is on all round conditioning - so rotating body exercises and Ergo work to get you in the mood.
Usual stuff, £5/session or £25 for 6...please let me know if your coming...
