These are for information and we will post for interest for each event as the dates get closer. Celtic Winter Series race Itchenor Jan? .. date tbc Celtic Winter Series race Dell Quay 15th February Celtic Winter Series race Emsworth Slipper 1st March 3 Harbours Head of the Harbour 8th March ( postponed 2024 edition ) 5 miles from home Spring 2025 - date tbc Blessing of the Boats 27th April Puffin Island race early May - date tbc Hamble River Raid 17th May Semaine du Golfe ( Morbihan ) 26th May to 1st June Ocean to City - Cork 31st May Vogalonga Rowing Regatta 8th June Bembridge Gig/Galley Fest 14th/15th June Langstone Gig Club Regatta 28th June Round Hayling 29th June Eastney Cockleshell Challenge 19th July Dell Quay Centenary Row Regatta 2nd August (possible Celtics & Bursledons TBC) Tudor Challenge 9th August Monster the Loch 6th Sept Great River Race 20th Sept Head of the Ouse 27th Sept 3 Harbours Head of the Harbour 5th October ( 2025 edition ) - date tbc Celtic Winter Series race CRAC 25th October - date tbc I will add a link here to the 3 Harbours rowing calendar for 2025 as soon as it is available so that you can see everything rowing related that is happening in Langstone, Chichester and Portsmouth harbours and beyond. Please post below or contact me if you have any other suggestions for events you think look interesting for the club. Please don't post here to sign up for any of these events as your votes won't count and you may still be charged. Each event will be posted before it happens so that everyone interested can sign up. Rachel, also you will recall Castle to the Crane was a good one we did in 2019, although there is as yet no reference on their website to a date for 2025.

Hi Rachel, Any news yet on this years GRR. I see it is on 20th Sept and applications are open from 1st April? I am aware I was off the radar for a while but didn’t want to have missed a post on the forum. Thanks, Mike
