Safety in boat compound

Just recently. There have been incidents moving boats. What to do to stop somebody getting hurt.
There are often to many pushing boats ,nattering and not looking. Somebody needs to take charge. I think row organiser should take charge for an orderly launch or recovery. Geoff

Thanks for this Geoff. Based on our experience today, everyone needs to be concentrating and being mindful in our somewhat compact boat park as there are hazards everywhere.

As a general point, we appear to have a more compacted park now than we did a couple of weeks ago.

Is it the intention that one of the Galleys be kept on the new trailer (with the dolly removed each time before launching)?
Is the intention for Sweare Deep to be put back on its dolly or is it to be left on the trailer (I know that it is probably on the trailer after the Celtic League last week, but is there space for the trailer and Sweare Deep on a dolly)?
The Teifis are now in the easiest position for launching and recovering. Is this a temporary situation as they are used much less than the Galleys and Sweare Deep?
