Sallyport for Cockleshell

Rich Beard
Geoff/Nigel/Michael
According to this section, all of you have posted with solutions and problems with Sallyport.
I know she is being used for several races shortly.
The men’s crew are using her for the Cockleshell, are there any maintenance bits I can have a look at before the race. I will find sometime if needed.

Rich, I have put an anchor and line and clip in a bag in the big boats. I will fasten the bag to the boat in case of a swamping. I have dry bags for the first aid that I will fill with the contents from the yellow barrels and fasten under a thwart. This will reduce weight and stop the barrels being removed all the time!
The Cockleshell crew for LL will row with the wooden Macon oars, we do not row with cleavers.
Thanks,
Michael

Michael. Great idea. The dry bag was something I was going to suggest. If there is any glueing or sanding that needs doing let me know. Rich
