Sallyport needs repair

The wood block holding number 1 oarlock is loose and needs tightening. Also the paddle blade is cracked. Forgot to tell you yesterday Geoff.

Also the balance on number 1 oar is off, very heavy on return, I know the inboard length of the loom is shorter as the boat is narrow but this can be corrected. All aboard who rowed in number one commented.

Hi Michael I had a look at block could not find what you are saying I will have a look when it goes out. I will adjust oar collar then .Geoff
