Sallyport has become a leaky ship. Damage is a split plank in bow. Caused by running her up beach or leaving her or not looking after her when away rowing at events such as Netley regatta. Permanent remedy is putting her out of action to dry out and repairing split. I will put a temporary repair in place. Please take greater care of the boats. Stop them before they hit beach. Bosun
