Sat 17th Row to Emsworth Christmas Market

Hi all,
       I thought it might be nice to row to Emsworth Christmas Market next Saturday. We might not make it in time for carols round the Lobster Pot tree but the market is on until 2pm and as many as can fit in are welcome to come to my cottage for mulled wine. High tide is 1.40 so lets meet at the Mill at 11.30.

Hi Rachel, what time do you think we will be back at the Mill?  I guess that if HW is at 1340 we would have to be back around 15.30.  I have to catch a ferry to IoW so I will pull out of the row if it's likely to be later than that, as I don't want to constrain others enjoyment of your hospitality.
