Forecast for Saturday currently looks good with sunny intervals and a cold North-Easterly breeze. High tide (4.65m) is at 12:30 so we will meet at 10:25.

I need to be finished before 13:30, so I am proposing a row up Chichester Harbour and back. If anyone would prefer a stop at Emsworth for refreshments, please let me know on the day, and I will attempt to arrange crews to facilitate that.

Dave, a heads-up! If you are heading for Marker, don’t forget the first fast dinghy race from Emsworth starts at 11:00 so probably the junction ( of the Emsworth and Langstone channels) near Sweare Deep will be very busy with D-zeros and Finns especially near the yellow racing buoys! The Emsworth beach will be crowded from 10:30 to about 13:00.

Thanks for the heads up Nigel. Michael will be taking a crew to Emsworth and will moor up on the pontoon to avoid the beach.

Tessa - you would be very welcome to join.

Everyone - it might be a tad breezy tomorrow morning, so please check the forum before setting off tomorrow, just in case the row needs to be cancelled due to the wind.

I'd like to join the row please. Happy to row teifi but I would like end  up in Emsworth. Maybe someone would like the new experience of sculling?

The row is still on. We currently have 15 of us so we will take 3 boats, 2 of which will aim for Emsworth for refreshments and the other will go for a row and back for those of us who need to get back earlier.
