12.30pm at the Mill for a trip into Chichester harbour to observe the newly arriving Geese, apparently some 5% of the worlds population visit us in Langstone each year and in so doing deposit vast amounts of material too copious even for my energetic team to spray pink!
Having watched their arrival in awe we can scuttle into Emsworth for some pies at the renowned farmers market which is open until 3 pm before a gentle row back to the Mill.
Please post if you would like to participateπ
A Northerly wind is promised so warnings about warm clothing, water and and sense of humour.......
News flash - over 600 dark-bellied Brent Geese sighted in Langstone Harbour at 11.30 am today, really excited about prospects for Saturdayπππππππππππππ
Many thanks Tim for organizing and to Rachel for yet more yummy cake and tea, and last but by no means least, to Marcus for some impressively cool calm coxing when a giant flock of dinghies laid siege to us.
Another thoroughly enjoyable play on the water.π
