Saturday morning is going to be sunny but cold and windy. HW is 1007 so I suggest we meet at 0930, get out for a thrash down the harbour aiming to get back at 1200 to warm up in front of the fire in the Oak. Cheesy chips may be an option.

Apology for late post Chris , Doc has diagnosed Trocahteric Burstitis in both hips and shoulder  which translates as no rowing and anti inflammatory drugs . Ditto Dolphin tomorrow. 😞
